The skilled, fountain of knowledge that is Rachel Frost will be teaching at Tear Up.
With over 25 years of making for the Heritage Industry, Rachel's focus is on British designs throughout history. Working in a variety of techniques and materials, she specialises in rush and other wild plants, blending traditional designs with costume and fashion.
On a project designed especially for this event, in a combination of field and water rush, you will be making an eye-catching Cornucopia, lidded shoulder bag, using a variety of techniques.
Your Full Festival Tear Up Ticket (£545) includes:
- 4 days in the stunning Staffordshire countryside with fellow weaving enthusiasts and 10 tutors.
- 3 days of teaching with the specialist of your choice – Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
- Evenings will be filled with discussions & talks with our world renowned tutors.

- A Ceilidh (barn dance) on Friday evening to really let your hair down.
